How can you order it?

You don’t have to do anything else just order it (in our site http://dekakartya.unideb.hu).

Log in:

• use your EDU ID (this is your user name in the Neptun system so do as your password)

• If you don’t have EDU ID you can request it at this site http://www.unideb.hu/register/en/eduid/register

After log in the server will automatically identify you so all you have to do is upload an ID picture. If you press the Order the Card button your order will be registered and you will get an e-mail about it. If you uploaded a proper picture you will also get an e-mail.

Important: a proper picture is an ID picture or a picture with the same standard. The program will help you to make an appropriate picture.

If you send a picture what we cannot use to make your card you have to make the registration again or get contact with us.

Why my order has been rejected?

If you uploaded an improper picture your order will be rejected and in the same time we will send you an e-mail for further information. You can follow the status of your order. If your order is rejected because of the wrong picture you have to do that: delete the previous order and upload a new picture. Please make sure that you have uploaded a good quality ID picture.

How can I get the card?

We will be contacted you by e-mail about the place and time.

How much does it cost if I lost it?

The card is the property of the University of Debrecen. If you lost it the second requesting is costs 4 900 HUF.
